PREPARATION GUIDE
1) Preheat the oven to 190c / Gas Mark 5
Grease and line two 18cm (7ins.) Sandwich Tins
2) Empty the mix into a bowl, add the lavender seed, plus 2 medium eggs and 30ml (2 tbsp) of water. Beat with an electric mixer untill smooth.
3) Add a further 15ml (1tbsp) water and continue beating for a further 1 minute.
4) Divide the mixture between the two tins and cook in the centre of the ovenfor 15 mins, until golden brown.
5 ) Allow to cool for 5 minutes before turning out onto wire racks.
